●Products Information
If customer require, we will offer relative products information ,such as : raw material, equipment, test report, authority certification etc.

●Special order
We can produce yarn or fabric according to the supplied specifications or samples. We also have the special works to make sample quickly. And we can provide test report for raw material analysis within 7 to 15 days and 5 to 15 days fabric's yarn analysis.

●Special order
Yarn: poly bag or carton. The weight and cones number carton is in accordance with international standard according to customer's demand.
Fabric: Cloth bag, large roll in plastic film. Fabric packing level in standard for export or according to customers' requirements.

●Customer's claim
We have customer service department for dealing customer's claims, reply within 8 hours for domestic customer and 24 hours for foreign customers. Please keep the relate card or fabric end of the defective one, so that to find out cause of faults easily.
